1 Million Cups West Volusia to Launch Weekly Entrepreneur Community on January 7, 2026DeBary, FL — December, 2025 — The West Volusia entrepreneur community is about to get a powerful new resource. 1 Million Cups West Volusia will officially launch on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, bringing a nationally recognized program designed to educate, inspire, and connect local entrepreneurs. Weekly meetings will be held every Wednesday at O'Leary's Irish Pub, 24 N Charles Richard Beall Blvd, DeBary, FL.Organized and led by Peter Kurkjian, the West Volusia chapter becomes part of 1 Million Cups (1MC), a program created by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. With more than 120 communities participating nationwide, 1 Million Cups provides a welcoming, supportive environment where entrepreneurs can share their business stories and receive valuable feedback from peers, mentors, and community leaders. What is 1 Million Cups? 1 Million Cups (1MC) is a FREE, weekly gathering for entrepreneurs, rooted in the idea that entrepreneurs discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a cup of coffee. At each meeting, local entrepreneurs present their business and challenges for six minutes, followed by 20 minutes of Q&A and feedback from the audience.
