YWCA Elgin will host the 42nd Annual Leader Luncheon on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at The Seville in Streamwood, with check-in at 11:00 a.m. and the program from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Presented by Title Sponsor The Schrieber Group, the event brings the community together to celebrate this year’s Leader Luncheon nominees and recognize women whose leadership and service are making a meaningful impact in the Elgin area.
The program will feature Keynote Speaker Erin Ramirez of Real Change Studio, with Carol Gieske of the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce serving as Honorary Chair.

Proceeds support YWCA Elgin programs and services.
