Caregiver Connection
Description
Three local agencies - AgeSmart, St. John's Community Care and Hospice of Southern Illinois - are teaming up to provide this community event focused on caregivers of aging adults. Attendees will enjoy a continental breakfast, valuable expert led education and Adult Day Services. There is no cost to attend but registration is required. Call AgeSmart to register at 618-222-2561.
