Join us for Wellness After Work, a women's early-evening wellness experience created as a reminder of something we don’t do nearly enough—taking time for ourselves. Building on the spirit of our annual Women’s Breakfast, this after-hours gathering is designed to help women step away from the busy, the to-do lists, and the constant caring for others… and focus inward. This relaxed, welcoming event brings together a variety of local businesses and wellness professionals focused on the full picture of wellness—physical, emotional, and social. Explore interactive booths, ask questions, discover new self-care tools and resources, and connect with other women in a supportive, uplifting environment that celebrates community and care.
