Wild & Scenic Film Festival Comes to Rifle – October 4 at the Ute Theater

The Wild & Scenic Film Festival returns this fall, bringing an evening of films that celebrate rivers, landscapes and the people who depend on them. Join us on Saturday, October 4 at the Ute Theater & Events Center in Rifle for a night of stories that highlight our connections to land, water and community.

This year’s program features 12 short films, from the remarkable recovery of forests after wildfire, to the discovery of hidden life in our streams, to a rafting guide sharing the river with her daughter. Each film offers a unique perspective on how people and places shape one another.
