A dedicated 60-site facility located on the west side of Gunnison, Colorado. Catering exclusively to the 55+ community, the park offers a quiet, relaxing environment for guests. It operates seasonally from mid-May through late September, providing a perfect summer retreat.

Each RV site is well-equipped with 50-amp service, ample space for slide-outs on both sides, and individual picnic areas, ensuring comfort and convenience for all visitors.
