ICELab is the Gunnison Valley’s entrepreneurial support organization dedicated to strengthening the regional economy through innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. The organization works to expand opportunities in Gunnison County by helping create high-paying jobs and supporting local businesses that deliver products and services beyond the region. Through collaboration with entrepreneurs, established companies, mentors, investors, and statewide business resources, ICELab builds meaningful connections that help ideas grow into thriving ventures.

Committed to cultivating the next generation of innovators, ICELab also encourages the entrepreneurial spirit among students of Western Colorado University. The organization operates a collaborative coworking hub known as ICELab @ Western, providing a dynamic space where entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders can connect, collaborate, and develop impactful business initiatives that contribute to the long-term vitality of the Gunnison Valley.
