R.E.A.L., Inc. is a nonprofit organization proudly serving the Alice, Texas community and the surrounding South Texas region since 1972. With a mission centered on compassion and independence, the organization is dedicated to providing safe, caring, and high-quality services that support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and the general public. Through community-focused programs such as home health care, housing, transportation, and adult day services, R.E.A.L., Inc. helps individuals and their families maintain a comfortable, independent, and fulfilling lifestyle while addressing essential daily needs. 

Guided by a committed volunteer board of directors and supported by a team of approximately 320 staff members, R.E.A.L., Inc. continues to make a meaningful impact across multiple South Texas counties. The organization is driven by a strong belief in dignity, respect, and equal access to care, working every day to enhance quality of life and strengthen the communities it serves through reliable services and compassionate support.
